WELCOME TO LONGFELLOW'S LIBRARY...
We are dedicated to inspiring all of our students to enjoy reading. Longfellow Champions take pride in reading! Students get to visit our school library each week to explore thousands of books, and choose one to check out. Not only are students getting the opportunity to fall in love with reading, but they are also learning responsibility by bringing back their books each week. We have many activities and programs throughout the year including Read Across America, Book giveaways and our annual Book Fair.
Expected Behavior in the Library
Quiet voices at all times
Make sure you have clean hands
Take care of Library material/books
Walk, don't run
Be considerate of others
Push in chairs when leaving the Library
No jumping on bean bag chairs
Check-out books before leaving
Return Library books on time
